Who We Are

Living Water FertilityCare provides compassionate fertility education for women who want to better understand their bodies. Using the Creighton Model System (CrMS), we look at the biomarkers our body gives us to indicate fertility, infertility, and our general health. Through personalized support and guidance, our goal is to empower women with knowledge and confidence about their reproductive health.

What can the Creighton Model Help with?

  • Whether you are seeking to achieve or avoid a pregnancy, we can help you understand and track your fertility cycle to fit your needs.

  • Fertility is a natural part of who we are as women, and it impacts how we feel every day. Whether you’re a teen with irregular cycles, approaching menopause, or anywhere in between, we’re here to support you.

  • Infertility is never easy, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. Our approach looks beyond quick fixes to help restore your health and fertility—so you can move forward with hope toward a safe and healthy pregnancy.

  • NaProTECHNOLOGY is a women’s health approach that focuses on finding and treating the root cause of reproductive concerns. Trained Naprotechnology doctors carefully interpret your charts and create personalized plans that work in harmony with your body. These evidence-based treatments don’t rely on birth control to cover up symptoms—instead, they aim to restore health and preserve fertility.

What does working with Living Water FertilityCare look like?

The Creighton Model is learned through an Introductory Session (group/individual options availbe) and 8 private follow-ups over the course of a year.

Typically, the first 4 follow-ups are every 2 weeks and then are as follows: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months from Introductory Session date. After the first year, follow-ups are every 6 to 12 months.

Meet Jessica

Hi y’all! I’m a FertilityCare Practitioner Intern with the Salina FertilityCare Center, where I have the joy of helping women and couples navigate their fertility at all stages of life. I grew up in the Houston area and later moved to Oklahoma to attend Oklahoma State University, where I majored in Marketing.

During my freshman year at OSU, I converted to Catholicism, which became a pivotal part of my life. That following summer, I attended FOCUS Summer Projects in Montana, where I met my now husband, Nathan! After graduating in December 2024, I began a career in tech sales and, even more importantly, entered the vocation of marriage in June 2025.

During our engagement, Nathan and I learned the Creighton Model of Natural Family Planning. Through this, and with the help of NaProTechnology, I learned that debilitating, painful cycles—along with other symptoms my body had been showing me for years—were not normal. I was diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis, and by addressing these in a restorative way, my quality of life improved drastically. From this experience, I discovered a passion for helping other women recognize and appreciate their fertility in all stages of life in Tulsa, OK, and beyond!
